Is it possible to return the goods I have ordered?
We hope that you will be happy with your order but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please contact us as soon as possible at Contact Us or call us on our customer service line on 020 8303 2707 within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. You will find that our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you in returning your unwanted order. To make sure this process goes smoothly, please ensure that you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.

Our returns policy complies with the distance selling regulations that gave consumer the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, letter or fax is acceptable but the merchandise must be returned to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We will be unable to offer this returns policy on items opened for reasons of hygiene. Your statutory rights are not affected.
